Pulled Beef Tacos
The kind of Mexican food that has become global due to its deliciousness!
INGREDIENTS
4 taco tortillas
4 Tbsp salsa
Salt & pepper to taste
½ avocado, smashed
50g sour cream
1 spring onion, diced
1-2 cups slaw mix
METHOD
Place a pan over medium/high heat.
Prepare all ingredients (avo, slaw, & spring onion) so everything is ready to assemble.
Add the beef to the hot pan and cook until heated through.
To the beef, add half of the salsa, season with salt and pepper as required and toss to combine. Set aside
In a small pan or straight over a gas hob heat the tortillas until slightly crispy on each side.
Assemble by placing slaw, beef, sour cream, spring onion, and smashed avo into each tortilla.
Serves two.
