Pulled Beef Bao Buns

Soft, fluffy, and steamed to perfection.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 bao buns

  • 300g left over pulled beef

  • 2 Tbsp hoisin 

  • 2 cloves garlic, diced

  • 1 spring onion, finely chopped

  • ½ c coriander

  • ½ red chilli, finely sliced 

METHOD

  1. Add garlic, spring onion, pulled meat, and hoisin to a hot pan. Cook until the mixture becomes thick and sticky. 

  2. Heat bao buns in the microwave for 90 seconds.

  3. Assemble and top with coriander, spring onion, and chili.

Serves two.
