Pulled Beef Bao Buns
Soft, fluffy, and steamed to perfection.
INGREDIENTS
4 bao buns
2 Tbsp hoisin
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 spring onion, finely chopped
½ c coriander
½ red chilli, finely sliced
METHOD
Add garlic, spring onion, pulled meat, and hoisin to a hot pan. Cook until the mixture becomes thick and sticky.
Heat bao buns in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Assemble and top with coriander, spring onion, and chili.
Serves two.
