A busy gals lunch.
INGREDIENTS
4 Ryvita original crispbreads
1 egg, soft boiled
½ medium avocado, sliced
75g cottage cheese
50g smoked salmon
½ tomato, sliced
Handful of parsley, finely diced
METHOD
Soft boil the egg.
While the egg is cooking prepare your ingredients.
Assemble crackers.
