Loaded Crispbread

A busy gals lunch.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Ryvita original crispbreads

  • 1 egg, soft boiled

  • ½ medium avocado, sliced

  • 75g cottage cheese

  • 50g smoked salmon

  • ½ tomato, sliced

  • Handful of parsley, finely diced

METHOD

  1. Soft boil the egg.

  2. While the egg is cooking prepare your ingredients.

  3. Assemble crackers.
