Chia Seeds with Summer Fruit

Creamy, satisfying, and loaded with fiber.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g Anchor plain Protein Plus yoghurt

  • 20g chia seeds

  • 75g blackberries

  • ½ stone fruit

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • 10g almonds, crushed

METHOD

  1. Mix the chia seeds into the yoghurt and set aside to swell. This can be left overnight or made an hour prior to eating.

  2. Just before serving top the chia seed mixture with berries, stone fruit, maple syrup, and nuts.

Serves One.
