Chocolate & Berry Yoghurt Bowl

Indulge in the perfect blend: a chocolate-berry bliss.

INGREDIENTS

  • 50g frozen raspberries

  • 15g chia seeds

  • 200g Anchor protein plus yoghurt

  • 15g protein powder

  • 1 Mother Earth Oat bar

  • 2 strawberries, sliced

  • 5g sliced almonds

  • 2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup

METHOD

  1. In a microwave save dish heat the raspberries in 30-sec bouts, stirring after each, until liquid and bubbling. Stir through the chia seeds. Set aside for at least 10 minutes or until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid (this one can be made in bulk for the week!)

  2. In a bowl, mix yoghurt with protein powder. This will be the base of your dish.

  3. Crumble over the Mother Earth bar. Top with the strawberries, chia seed mix, almonds, and maple syrup.
