Banana Caramel Overnight Weet-Bix
Back on the Weet-Bix buzz! Kind of like banana bread, but with over 30g of protein!
INGREDIENTS
4 Weet-Bix
1 banana, mashed
20g walnuts, crushed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
30g protein powder (of your choice)
50-70ml boiled water
300g Anchor Protein Plus natural yoghurt
1 banana, sliced
20g walnuts, pieces
40g Natvia sugar-free caramel sauce
METHOD
Break the Weet-Bix into small pieces and add them to a large bowl.
Mix through the mashed banana, crushed walnuts, cinnamon, and protein powder. Add the boiling water and mix thoroughly. Divide evenly between two containers and press to form a base.
Layer each base with yoghurt, spreading to form another layer.
Top with sliced banana, walnut pieces, caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Refrigerate overnight or.. at least for 15-minutes before enjoying!
