Banana Caramel Overnight Weet-Bix

Back on the Weet-Bix buzz! Kind of like banana bread, but with over 30g of protein!

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Weet-Bix

  • 1 banana, mashed

  • 20g walnuts, crushed

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 30g protein powder (of your choice)

  • 50-70ml boiled water

  • 300g Anchor Protein Plus natural yoghurt

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 20g walnuts, pieces

  • 40g Natvia sugar-free caramel sauce

METHOD

  1. Break the Weet-Bix into small pieces and add them to a large bowl.

  2. Mix through the mashed banana, crushed walnuts, cinnamon, and protein powder. Add the boiling water and mix thoroughly. Divide evenly between two containers and press to form a base.

  3. Layer each base with yoghurt, spreading to form another layer.

  4. Top with sliced banana, walnut pieces, caramel sauce, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

  5. Refrigerate overnight or.. at least for 15-minutes before enjoying!
