Apple and Sultana Porridge
Porridge season.
INGREDIENTS
80g oats
300ml milk
60g sultanas
1/8 tsp salt
1 apple, grated
2 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup
1 tsp cinnamon
METHOD
On the stovetop, mix oats, milk, sultanas, and salt in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat.
Once it has reached a boil, turn down the heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Add grated apple, and if desired, adjust the consistency by adding a dash of milk or water. Allow to cool slightly.
Mix through protein powder and cinnamon. Top with sugar free maple syrup and serve.
