Chocolate Tofu Breakfast Pudding

A calorie-friendly chocolate protein hit.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g silken tofu

  • 2 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3 Tbsp sugar free maple syrup (can add more if you have a sweet tooth)

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 45g protein powder

  • 6 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk

  • 240g berries

  • 100g Anchor protein plus yoghurt

METHOD

1. Blend all ingredients, except the berries and yoghurt, until smooth.

2. Divide between two containers and top with berries and yoghurt.

3. Chill in the fridge until ready to eat. Can be made a couple of days in advance.
