Simple and delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300g rump steak

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp mixed spice

  • ¼ c cornflour

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1/4 c coriander

METHOD

  1. Thinly slice beef cutting across the grain of the meat.

  2. To a bowl add salt, worcestershire, soy sauce, and mixed spice. Mix to combine and then add beef. Leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  3. Heat a medium pan to a high heat. Add olive oil. Just before cooking take the beef out of the marinade and toss with cornflour. Cook the beef in batches.

  4. Serve topped with sesame seeds and coriander.

Great with rice, in a wrap, on a salad, or simply eat as is!
